Drawing inspiration from Japan's tranquil Shiraito Waterfall, nestled at the base of Mount Fuji, the design of Waterfall Suites seamlessly integrates elements of flowing water, delicate threads, and serene calm into its architectural facade. Waterfall, embodying simplicity and purity, represents the inherent formlessness within the world. The project's landscape theme, Shiraito no Taki, is deeply woven into the design and expressed throughout various elements. The tower's crown is a direct homage to the Snow-White Crown, symbolizing the snow-laden trees surrounding the Shiraito Waterfall. Horizontal louvers contribute to a sense of floating planes and lightness, with the crown's corners featuring more defined edges. The drop-off area's facade frame and canopy, with their distinct white top edge, visually represent falling water meeting a reservoir. Furthermore, the glass wall frame and mullion incorporate a stone-clad wall behind the curtain wall, creating a stark black silhouette that evokes water cascading over rocks.
